Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is assessed through a combination of written exams, practical project work, and oral presentations. The assessment process will include the following components:

  1. Written Exams: Black Belt candidates are required to pass written exams to demonstrate their understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques. These exams assess their theoretical knowledge and application of key concepts.
  2. Practical Project Work: One of the central components of Black Belt certification is the successful completion of a real-world improvement project within your organisation.
